If you are like most people, you took advantage of the New Year to give yourself a fresh start by setting goals, intentions, or resolutions for the year to come.
So, how is it going?
If you find yourself losing motivation, these four questions can help you get back on track.
- Why do I deserve the results my goals will bring?
- Why are they important to me?
- How will I feel when I reach my desired outcome?
- Who will I become through the process of getting there?

I have been asking people a simple question the last couple of weeks: “When you look back, how will you feel about how you lived this year?” The results were shocking.
Most everyone talked about the things they have not done. Their energy was low and they seemed discouraged. Several could not even remember their New Year’s Resolutions or goals. That is when I knew I had to do something to shake things up.
It is not too late to make 2012 your best year yet. How would it feel to revisit your resolutions and goals and focus on them for the next few months? How would it feel to finish 2012 a winner?
I created a program called Final Quarter Focus to help you do just that. It is a 6 week phone group that includes guided process, tools, and the support of a group to help you reach your goals.
It starts October 1st and I am limiting the size of the class to maximize the benefits for those who enroll.

Let’s end 2012 on a high note!
I am truly blessed to be able to do the work I do. Over the years, my practice has evolved to the point where it is now about 50% Life Coaching and 50% Business Coaching. I love helping people create and grow their businesses as much as I enjoy supporting clients on their personal journeys. Often, the two overlap.
So, I’ve started a new blog that supports those who have or want their own business. You can check it out here:
My intention is to provide tools and ideas that will help solopreneurs bring their gifts to the world.
Please spread the word…..
