Three Secrets to Inner Peace

  1. Live the Truth – The truth is the truth.  You can try to resist it, but you are only misleading yourself and wasting time and energy.  Stress, illness, anger, and sadness are all ways that resisting the truth manifest in your life.  Your life will be more peaceful without them.
  2. Be Your Authentic Self – When you stop trying to edit yourself, fit in, or create an image, you have the ability to just relax and settle in to who you really are.  The real you is perfect and has special gifts and talents to share with this world.  There is real peace in knowing that your gifts are being shared and the people around you love you for who you really are?
  3. Approach Life with Curiosity – Another trap that limits your ability to feel peaceful is the attachment to things happening a certain way.  When you choose to approach life as an observer, curious to see what happens next, you choose to bring more peace into your world.
