Cut the Complexity

Google recently sent out a notification that they are simplifying their privacy policies. Instead of having different ones for their many sites and products, they are consolidating into one policy for everything Google.
J.C. Penneys recently announced that instead of having sales every week, they are going to simply reduce all prices 40% and focus on everyday values. They will save a fortune in advertising costs and the customers will win too.
What in your life or businesses has become more complex than it needs to be?
It may be time to simplify.
