Stress Strategies: The Spiritual Realm

Stress shows up in the spiritual realm in many ways.  Common manifestations of stress on this level include feeling disconnected, depressed, lost, hopeless, or just like something is missing. Here are some ideas for shifting into a more peaceful state: 

  • Trust in a higher power
  • Stay aware that you and everyone around you is a spirit or soul in physical form
  • Practice mindfulness: see, feel, hear, and taste all of the details of each moment
  • Meditation and prayer
