Stress shows up in the emotional realm most often as fear, anger, and emotional pain. Our emotions come from our thoughts so addressing stress in the mental realm also serves the emotional realm.

- Release thoughts and beliefs that cause disturbance in your life.
- Be gentle and loving with yourself. Nurture yourself.
